Delivery & Refunds
Products are delivered as zip files.
Downloads will be activated and available from your account area when payment is verified which can take from 1-24h, if you don't receive the confirmation email or don't see the download button in your account area after 24h please contact us to resolve the issue.You can also simply go directly to the store, log in to your account and check for the available downloads.
If the notification doesn't arrive after 24 hours or the download links do not appear on your account page, please contact us and we will take care of the delivery personally.
All sales of digital products are final and non-refundable. By completing your purchase through fantasybackgroundsstore shopping cart system, you agree that you are purchasing digital, non-tangible goods and as such are not entitled to a refund of said goods, regardless of the reason why.
We will, repair or replace any
defective products purchased from us, within a period of 7 days from the date
of sale. If you have any problems with downloading the products or unzipping
(unpacking) them, please contact us and
we will resolve the problem.We pride ourselves on the quality of our products
and services so if you have any issues whatsoever feel free to contact us
through "Contact Us" form anytime and we will resolve the problem as
soon as we can.
We make no guarantees that a product, once purchased and downloaded, will be
available for download again at any time in the future after it is deleted from
the store. You are encouraged to make archival copies of downloaded products in
order to insure that purchased items will be available to you in perpetuity.
